  • Here’s what you can expect to learn from consultations:
  • Walk away with a step-by-step weight loss plan of exactly what you need to do. The Glycemic Load approach (are foods containing sugar and fast releasing sugar that lead to weight gain, low energy, reduced immunity, chronic disease, premature ageing).
  • Through coaching you will:

1. clearly establish your goals for success (weight/dress size)

2. discover what motivates you and what is really important in your life.

3. gain clarity about your emotions and beliefs that stop you losing weight.

4. supportively challenge you to overcome barriers that have kept you stuck in repeating patterns and unhealthy lifestyle habits.

5. Have a step-by-step 7 day weekly on-going plan with recipes and ideas in the form of a food diary to lose and maintain weight forever, effortlessly.

The step-by-step package

Step 1
3 one-to one close food support coaching sessions (3 x 2hrs = total 6 hours) required for initial set up for success.

Step 2
weekly coaching support for the first month (skype/email/ or 1 to 1 personal sessions) (30 mins) = total 2 hours.

Step 3
twice monthly coaching support (skype/email or 1 to 1 personal sessions ) = total 1 hour for 3 months.

Step 4
7 day food plan (ongoing) breakfast/snack/lunch/snack/dinner on a weekly basis- with recipes included.

About Dr Anne Harris

Dr Anne Harris works as an outstanding Nutritionist and has a unique blend of knowledge and practical skills in food related issues. Anne holds a PhD in Nutrition from Warwick University that explored people’s perceptions of food and reason’s for their food behaviour and beliefs. During this time of research she worked on the Politics of Food and Nutrition module with undergraduate students as a seminar tutor. This politically shaped her understanding of food knowledge, specifically in relation to the food and pharmaceutical industry and strategies used to market usually popular supermarket food that may not necessarily be good for your health.

She gained a Masters in Medical Science in Human Nutrition in 1999 and has worked for over 15 years in local government in conjunction with the NHS as a Public Health Nutritionist. Experience of working in the community across all age ranges and cultures has given her a wealth of experience with people and their food requirements. She has a Diabetes Care Certificate from Warwick Medical School and was able to work with people who suffer from Diabetes 1 and 2 and help manage their illness through diet and exercise.

Anne’s experience as an NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) practitioner and EFT (Emotional Freedom Therapy) therapist allows her to powerfully to get to the core of nutrition related problems. This dynamic mix of training, knowledge and practical experience, combined with her passion for making people realise their true health potential defines Anne as an excellent Nutritionist and Therapist. She is in great demand in the corporate sector as well as for personal change.

Anne also works with people who are homeless and includes many people from different ethnic backgrounds who sometimes find it difficult to find money for food.
